Conference Schedule

Registration takes place on the morning of Weds 5 September with the first panel session starting at 13.30. Panels will take place all day on Thurs 6 and Fri 7 September. We aim to conclude by 16.00 on Friday.

Registration rates are: 

  • Full Rate: £225
  • Student Rate: £160

These rates include 2.5 days of conference sessions, 2 lunches, 1 buffet dinner at the Welcome Reception, morning & afternoon tea & coffee, Conference pack including Book of Abstracts. Accommodation is not included but is available at reasonable rates on-campus and nearby - please see the Registration page.

You need to be a member of ASEAS to attend the conference, so if you are not a current member please renew / join. Membership rates are £12/£13 for students and £20/£21 for others. If you are not sure about your membership status, please email aseasuk.memsec@gmail.com to check.
